The Friends of Rodman Public Library will benefit from a dine to donate at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wednesday, April 27. Patrons are asked to eat at the establishment that day and present a coupon that can be obtained at the library or to tell their server they wish to support the Friends of Rodman Library, which in turn will receive 15 percent of your total bill.
Rodman Public Library is the place to be for all teenage Star Wars fans on Thursday, May 5.
Children, ages 7-12, are invited to Rodman Public Library at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 12 to create sea life sculptures using salt dough. Kids Crafting programs are held monthly and all materials are provided by the Friends of Rodman Library.
The Teen Writing Club session planned for today has been canceled. All teens interested in writing and honing their skills are welcome to attend the next meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 27 at 3:30 p.m. For more information about Teen Writing Club, which meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month, call 330-821-2665, ext. 217.
Meet Cyndi Shutt, one of our friendly librarians at Rodman Public Library who specializes in children's programming.
Cyndi has been at RPL since September 2021, but this is her 19th year with public libraries.
Rodman Public Library invites everyone in the greater Alliance area to connect with us at all times throughout the year, but especially during National Library Week, April 3-9.
The Friends of Rodman Public Library will host a silent auction and used book sale on Friday, April 22 and Saturday, April 23.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on those days, members of the public will have the opportunity to browse the items up for auction in the Main Library Auditorium and mark their bids. The winning bids will be determined on Monday, April 25, and the winners will be notified.
Maker Monday crafters will decorate a DIY herb pot when they meet Monday, April 18 at 7:00 p.m. in Rodman Public Library’s Main Auditorium.
