Alliance's Heritage - Alliance Historical Society (Mabel Hartzell Historical Home), Alliance Area Preservation Society (Haines House Underground Railroad Museum), Castle Crusaders (Glamorgan Castle), and Alliance Historical Black History Museum all contribute to the heritage of Alliance.

The Alliance Review, 1916-1920 (pilot project) - The Alliance Review collection is a pilot project and includes the years 1916-1920. This project is administered by Rodman Public Library through Ohio History Connection (Ohio Memory) and is supported with financial support from the Baker Family.

Recreational News - This weekly Alliance newspaper was published from 1925-1927. Its goal was to supply reliable information for every recreational activity in the interests of healthy sports and athletics, clean amusements, better homes and civic improvement.
